Product description of the mango processing line
The mango processing line is engineered to accommodate diverse final products that raw mango.These include, but are not limited to, mango pulp, mango puree, mango concentrate paste, mango sauce, mango juice, and mango beverages.
The mango processing line primarily comprises a raw mango receiving system, washing system, sorting system, stone removal system, preheating system, pulping and refining system, filtration system, concentration system, sterilization system, and aseptic filling system.
The mango paste in aseptic drum bags is further manufactured into mango juice beverages, sauces, and filled into stand-up pouches, metal cans, aluminum cans, PP containers, PET bottles, glass bottles, gable tops, etc.

1. Fresh fruit production capacity can be customized from 60 tons/day to 1500 tons/day.

Key process of the mango processing line

1. Discharge platform
To address this issue, we have developed a specialized drainage platform that utilizes water guns to facilitate the unloading process. This same platform can also be used to pre-wash the mangoes prior to processing.
2. Elevator
This machine is used to deliver fresh mango from outside the building to inside.
3. Washing
Thorough washing of fresh fruits is essential prior to the crushing process. Our cleaning methods include the use of bubble washers and brush & spray washers. For clients with higher cleaning standards, additional cleaning stages can be added. Furthermore, we offer optional ultrasonic and ozone cleaning methods to enhance the cleaning efficacy of our process.
4. Sorting
Following the washing process, the surfaces of the fruits are clean, and our staff conduct a visual inspection of all fruits to assess their condition. Any defective tomatoes are identified and manually sorted out by our team. We take great care throughout the entire process to ensure that only high-quality fruits are utilized in our production line, ensuring the quality and safety of our final products.
5. Destoning
Our mango remover operates at a speed of 1470 r/min, effectively crushing the fresh mango to ensure that both the core and skin are thoroughly cleaned. This process minimizes waste and maximizes pulp yield, resulting in a more efficient and cost-effective production process. The core is extracted from the mill and the pulp is pumped to the next stage of the production line.
6. Preheating
The pre-heater is used to heat the product after crusher, the temperature is adjustable, normally from 45℃ to 85℃. This processing step, would help to higher the juice rate for next step, and also can protect the color and taste of the final product.
7. Pulper and refiner
This machine also operates at a speed of 1470 r / min, which creates centrifugal force and allows the product to pass through the screen, helping to refine the product. And usually we use a double stage of pulper and refiner. The screens for each stage are different: the first stage has a larger screen and the second stage has a smaller screen. Two-stage pulp making machines for tomato pulp can reach 60% -75%. After pulping, the tomato skin and seeds are separated from the tomato pulp. It is easy to operate and the sieve can be replaced. Suitable for a wide variety of fruits such as passion fruit, tomatoes, peaches, apricots, mangoes and apples.
8. Horizontal spiral centrifugal
The machine is used to reduce solids and impurities and ensure the mango pulp puree no impurities and black points.
9. Sterilizing
The mango pulp puree undergoes sterilization using a tube-in-tube type sterilizer, where the sterilization temperature and retention time can be adjusted as needed. When processing tomato paste, this machine ensures that it is subjected to a high temperature of approximately 115 °C for 30 seconds and promptly cooled to ambient temperature. This method not only ensures the sterilization of the tomato paste but also helps preserve its nutritional value. The entire system is equipped with programmable control for efficient operation. The operating system features an intuitive image-based man-machine interface, enabling users to easily monitor and understand the operational status of each component of the device.
10. Aseptic Filling
The aseptic filling machine operates in tandem with a tube-in-tube sterilizer, forming a closed cycle system. Prior to production, the cycle undergoes thorough sterilization to establish an aseptic environment. The filling cavity is shielded from vapor, maintaining a sterile filling environment. An independent control panel is provided for efficient operation. The machine can be integrated with CIP (Clean-in-Place) and automatic SIP (Sterilization-in-Place) systems when used with sterilizers. Additionally, it offers easy adjustability to accommodate different capacities and sizes of aseptic bags.
11. Storage or go blending
The finished product can be stored or used as the raw material to make the tomato sauce or ketchup.
